1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of https://www.edvance.dev/ and the products or services offered by Edvance Technologies. By using our site or services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to your use of https://www.edvance.dev/ and any orders you place with Edvance Technologies. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You may use our site and services if:

• You are legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.
• You are not located in a country, region, or under any sanctions regime that would make using our services unlawful.

3. Products or services

Edvance Technologies offers: Software Products and Services

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product and service descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Colours and dimensions may vary slightly from what is shown online.

4. Orders and acceptance

• An order is an offer to purchase the products or services described in the order.
• We accept your order when we send you a confirmation. Until then, we may decline orders for reasons including stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or restricted countries.
• We may also cancel an accepted order if we identify a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or a payment-processor restriction. In that case we will refund any amount charged.

5. Pricing and taxes

• Prices are shown on the site in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
• Taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees are shown at checkout where applicable.
• You are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or import charges levied by your destination country.

6. Payments

• Stripe processes card and bank payments. Full card details are never stored on our servers. Stripe may carry out fraud screening, identity verification, or hold a payment for review under its own policies. Where Stripe declines a transaction, we cannot complete your order.
• Wise may be used for certain payments. Wise transactions are subject to Wise's own terms, exchange rates, limits, and processing times. We do not control the timing of Wise transfers.

You authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

7. Verification and fraud prevention

We may, at our discretion, request additional verification (such as proof of address or a copy of an identity document) for high-value or high-risk orders. We may delay or cancel an order if verification cannot be completed. This protects both our customers and our payment processors from fraud.

8. Shipping / delivery / fulfilment

Method: mixed

• Estimated delivery or service-completion times are shown at checkout or in the product description. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided.
• If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact mush@edvance.dev and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

9. Subscriptions

For subscription products and services:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing mush@edvance.dev. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Refunds for partially used periods are at our discretion unless required by local consumer law.

10. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when placing an order or creating an account.
• Use the site for lawful purposes only.
• Not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to access other users' accounts, or upload malicious code.
• Contact us before filing a chargeback if you have an issue with an order — most issues can be resolved within 48 hours.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use Edvance Technologies for any unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or to purchase products or services for resale unless we have agreed to that in writing. You may not place orders from any country or to any individual targeted by sanctions or trade restrictions in our jurisdiction.

12. Intellectual property

All content on https://www.edvance.dev/ (including text, images, logos, and software) is owned by or licensed to Edvance Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

13. Third-party services

Our site may link to or use third-party services such as payment processors, analytics, shipping carriers, and email providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or services.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edvance Technologies and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory local consumer-protection law.

15. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable statutory warranty under the consumer law of your jurisdiction.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or services at any time if you breach these Terms, are suspected of fraud, or place orders that violate our payment processors' rules. You may stop using our site at any time.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
